OFFICE MEMORANDUM

            On the basis of particulars received from TGTs/L.Ts/Misc. category Teachers (Female) a tentative Eligibility list for promotion to the post of PGT  in different subjects  has been drawn up and is enclosed.

            The list in each subject has been prepared on the on the basis of seniority number of the teachers in the feeder cadre of TGTs/LTs/ Misc. category as entered by the teachers in the Module prepared in MIS for inclusion of their names in the eligibility list.  The eligible teachers whose seniority number/block year are not mentioned in the Performa or have entered their seniority number/block year and do not find their correct place as per seniority in the eligibility list, such teachers are advised to furnish their seniority number/ block year    immediately along with documentary evidence duly verified/attested by the Head of School, latest by 30/11/2005 in their present District of posting.  

The cut off date of for acquiring Post Graduate qualification is 31.12.2004.

            Names of only those teachers are included in the list who have entered their educational data  in the Module prepared in MIS for inclusion of their names in the eligibility list on or before 20/08/2005, with reference to this office CIRCULAR dated 04/07/2005 & 12/08/2005 . 

             If any enlisted teacher has any objection on the tentative eligibility list such teachers should file their objections immediately in  their respective District offices. The last date for filing objections is 30.11.2005.   

          The eligibility list is available on the official web site of this Department i.e; www.edudel.nic.in

Copy forwarded to:

1. All the Deputy Directors of Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, with the direction to download the list from the website and circulate the same among all the schools in their district and ensure that all the teachers may verify their particulars in the list and file objections, if any within the stipulated time period.  The DDE should send a consolidated objections in ‘excel sheet’ on a CD along with hard copy duly signed in the prescribed format as enclosed. 
2. All the Head of Schools with the direction to circulate the list among all TGTs/LTs/PETs/Misc.category Teachers etc and obtain  signature of the teacher whose name is in the list in the order book maintained in the school. It may be ensured by the HOS that Kashmiri Migrant teachers/Guest Teachers and those teachers other than TGTs/LTs/PETs/Misc.category Teachers etc. should not apply for inclusion of their name / nor file objections.  If it is found by the HOS that name of any such teacher appears in the list the same should be brought to the notice of Establishment –II branch. Concerned Head of school will be directly held responsible for non-compliance of these instructions.  The objections, if any, should be sent to the DDE concerned within the stipulated time.
