DOE App is developed & designed by Android Team, Directorate of Education, NCT of Govt. of Delhi. Our aim is to make education management in Delhi paperless. Now education management by school staff, principal and admin levels will be controlled by a single application.
The Application purely focuses of making students attendance, marks reports and home assignments controlled by teacher by mobile.
Application has also a feature to view reports or make any changes for system on principal and higher admin levels. Parent module of app is specially designed for guardians of children to have their children attendance reports.
DOE App is available on google play store. You can search on play store by app name. Application download link also available on http://www.edudel.nic.in.
DOE App is free to download. You have to pay no charges in future too for updating of various version app.
This is android application. It will not run on iphone. It will support minimum android version - Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0.3).
You can simply login to Doe application by providing accurate Employee ID allotted and associated password. There may be cases sometimes user enter accurate Id and wrong password. In this situation application will alert you to have entered correct incorrect password.
Be careful the same user registered on device should login on the same device otherwise for security reasons it will show unauthorized device. Sometimes there may be network problems. So kindly check the internet connection first to get login to app further if any problem occurs kindly submit your query to DOE in Help section of Application.
You can simply register to Doe application by providing accurate Employee ID. Other details will be auto filled, provide email if blank and continue to submit.
Be careful the same user registered on device should login on the same device otherwise for security reasons it will show unauthorized device. To remove your employee id from device ask your principal to deregister your ID. Now you can register again and then login to app.
This is due to your internet connection. Please check internet connect or sometimes it may be due to server side problem. In that case you can try after some time.
Yes. If email is blank you have to fill. Rests of the details are from server so you no need to alter them.
At the time of registration you can select maximum of 5 classes. There is no provision now to add or remove after login. But you can take arranged classes.
No, you can’t register. Each employee Id is allowed to register on single device. Once you register to app on your device, none of device can register and login you. It will show unauthorized device every time.
Please check your location service is on and set to mode high accuracy. If you not in school campus i.e. your distance from school more than 300m then you are not allowed to take attendance.
You can take attendance by calling a student at a time or all students can be selected with “select all” option. Initially all students will be selected as present. You can simply mark the student attendance status as present, absent or leave and submit the attendance.
It may be due to your distance from school. The second reason is that if someone already submits the attendance then you can’t access students again to submit attendance.
You can check student reports from navigation drawer. Reports are available class & section wise, student wise, daily basis and monthly basis. Classes remaining submit attendance also available. Attendance Reports are available on charts and in pdf format to print.
Yes, attendance once submitted can be altered for a student ID. You can modify student attendance by id only for that particular current date. Backdate updating are not allowed.
User can change profile image by selecting any image from gallery. The image size should be less than 2MB.
No, you can’t change other details. If other details seem to be incorrect you can change them from MIS team, Directorate of Education, NCT of Delhi.
In this case principal will allocate classes to other teacher. You can see allotted classes in “Classes” section of Application. Simply sect the class & section it will let you go to take attendance page.
To deregister or remove your employee id from device ask your principal to deregister your ID. Now you can register again and then login to app.
