1. President of the Delhi Board of School Education Society shall be the Minister of Education, Government of NCT of Delhi and will chair the General Body Meeting.
2. Vice-President of the Delhi Board of School Education Society shall be the Secretary (Education), Government of NCT of Delhi and will chair the General Body Meetings in the absence of the President.

5. Director (Higher Education), Government of NCT of Delhi
6. Director (Technical Education), Government of NCT of Delhi

10. Chief Executive Officer of Delhi Board of School Education will be ex-officio Secretary of the Society.

13. Vice- Chancellor Delhi Technological University
14. Vice- Chancellor Ambedkar University
15. Vice-Chancellor Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University

17. All Heads of Departments of the Delhi Board of School Education
18. Two Educationists, to be nominated by Minister of Education, Government of NCT of Delhi
19. Two representatives from industries to be nominated by MOE Government of NCT of Delhi who have significant employability and social responsibility
20. One Head of the school to be nominated by the Director (Education)
21. Two elected Heads of Schools, one each from a Government and a Private School
22. One Secondary School Teacher to be nominated by Director (Education)
23. Two elected Teachers, one each from a Government and a Private School
24. Two SMC (Parents) Members to be nominated by MoE
25. All members of the Executive Body, not included above
